STRENGTH

Week #3 of Random Strength Cycle

On the minute fro 10 minutes:

  • Odd Minutes- 50 Double Unders (75 Singles)
  • Even Minutes- 5 Push Press (pick weight/same for all sets)
CONDITIONING

20 minutes to complete the following:

  • 75/60 Calorie Row
  • 50 Lateral Jump Burpees
  • 400m Run

*Score a time for each piece. They can be completed in any order.

CARDIO CROSSFIT

1- On the minute for 20 minutes:

  1. 200m/150m Row
  2. 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings
  3. :40 Jump Rope
  4. 12 Kettlebell Goblet Squats

2- Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 200m Shuttle Run (50m x 4)
  • 10 Dumbbell Box Step Ups (1 dumbbell)
