  • 3×2 Push Press (pick weight)
  • 3×1 Push Press (same weight)
CONDITIONING

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • 100m Run
  • 16 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press (pick weight)
  • 8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (M:24″/W:20″)

Rest 2 minutes, then…

Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes of:

  • 100m Run
  • 16 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press
  • 8 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Rest 2 minutes, then….

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • 100m Run
  • 16 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press
  • 8 Burpee Box Jump Overs

*8/8 on DB push press. Continue each AMRAP where you left off and score total rounds at end.

CARDIO CROSSFIT

1- Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

  • 400m/350m Row
  • 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 300n Run
  • 15 Push-ups
