STRENGTH

Week #4 of Double/Single Cycle

  • 3×2 Strict Press (add 5#-10# to last Double/Single load)
  • 3×1 Strict Press (same weight)
CONDITIONING

Complete 10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 reps for time of:

  • Burpee Box Jump Over (M:24″/W:20″)

*Run 100m after each round. Box facing on BBJO. Target time is 10 minutes. Time cap is 15 minutes.

CARDIO CROSSFIT

1- Every 8 minutes for 24 minutes:

  • 9/7/5/3 reps of Burpee Box Jump Overs

*Run 100m after every set of BBJO. TIme cap is 6 minutes per set.

2- 12 x [:20 Work + :20 Rest]

  • Odd Rounds: Abmat Sit-ups
  • Even Rounds: Jumping Lunges
