- Burpee Box Jump Over (M:24″/W:20″)
*Run 100m after each round. Box facing on BBJO. Target time is 10 minutes. Time cap is 15 minutes.
1- Every 8 minutes for 24 minutes:
- 9/7/5/3 reps of Burpee Box Jump Overs
*Run 100m after every set of BBJO. TIme cap is 6 minutes per set.
2- 12 x [:20 Work + :20 Rest]
- Odd Rounds: Abmat Sit-ups
