Anyone else using Apple iWatch to track your activity data? I currently have mine set at 950 calories (the photo is not mine). 950 calories is pretty challenging if you just sit around at your desk or on your couch all day, so the number is good for me. It keeps me working. What is your daily activity goal? Did you know you can share your daily activity with friends and they will get a notification when you complete a workout and when you close your rings? Sounds like a competition to me. Come at me!

WORKOUT   3/24/2020

1) Start a 22 minute running clock and complete the following:

  • 3 Minutes Max Rep Burpees
  • 2 Minutes Rest
  • 3 Minutes Wall Sit
  • 2 Minutes Rest
  • 2 Minutes Max Rep Burpees
  • 2 Minutes Rest
  • 2 Minutes Wall Sit
  • 2 Minutes Rest
  • 1 Minute Max Rep Burpees
  • 2 Minutes Rest
  • 1 Minute Wall Sit

*At any break in the wall sit, perform 16 mountain climbers before returning to the wall sit position.

2)  4 sets (not for time):

  • 20 One Arm Bent Over Rows (10 each arm; pick weight)
  • 20 One Arm Bicep Curls (5/5/5/5; same weight)
