WORKOUT   3/26/2020

1) Complete 4 rounds of the following:

  • 3:00 Run (90 seconds out and back)
  • :30 Static Lunge Hold Right
  • :30 Static Lunge Hold Left
  • :30 Max Reverse Lunge Steps

*Rest 90 seconds between rounds

2) Complete 5 sets of the following:

  • 8 Tempo Push-ups (3 seconds down)
  • 8 Superman Holds (2 seconds)

*Focus on quality, not speed. Rest 30-90 seconds between sets
