Rest 2 minutes, then….

  • 9 Push-ups
  • 15 Sit-ups
  • 21 Air Squats
  • 45 Double Unders

Rest 2 minutes, then….

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • 9 Push-ups
  • 15 Sit-ups
  • 21 Air Squats
  • 45 Double Unders
