  • 15 Push-ups
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 10 Double Unders
  • 10 Push-ups

2) 12 x [:30 Wok + :15 Rest]

  1. Static Lunge Hold Right
  2. Static Lunge Hold Left
  3. Max Rep Lunge Steps

*On static lunge holds, try and keep your rear leg knee about 2″-3″ off the ground
