  • 24 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 16 Pop Squats
  • 60m Shuttle Run (10m x 6)

Rest 2:00, then….

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • SAME

Rest 2:00, then….

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

  • SAME

*Touch ground on change of direction during the shuttle run. Start each AMRAP where you left off the previous AMRAP.
