  • 5×3 Sumo Deadlift (pick weight)
  • 5×3 Bench Press (pick weight)
CONDITIONING
  • Row 1000m For Time
CARDIO CROSSFIT

1- Complete 4 sets of:

  • 2 Minutes Max Distance Row
  • 3 Minutes Rest

2- Set a 12 minute clock and perform the following for as many rounds as possible:

  • 2 Devil’s Press
  • 100m Run

* Add 2 reps of Devil’s Press after every round completed
