- 10 Lateral Jump Burpees Over The Dumbbell
- 200m Run
- 30 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press
- 10 Lateral Jump Burpees Over The Dumbbell
- 150m Run
- 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press
- 10 Lateral Jump Burpees Over The Dumbbell
- 100m Run
*Switch arms whenever you want on DBPP. Target time is 10 minutes. Time cap is 13 minutes.
