  • 30 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press
  • 10 Lateral Jump Burpees Over The Dumbbell
  • 150m Run
  • 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press
  • 10 Lateral Jump Burpees Over The Dumbbell
  • 100m Run

*Switch arms whenever you want on DBPP. Target time is 10 minutes. Time cap is 13 minutes.
