STRENGTH
  • Take 25 minutes to establish a 3 Rep Max Sumo Deadlift
CONDITIONING

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • 20 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (M:53#/W:35#)
  • 12 Jumping Lunges
  • 20 American Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Kettlebell Box Step Ups (M:24″&53#/W:20″&35#)

*Hold Kettlebell in any manner for KBSU
