- Take 25 minutes to establish a 3 Rep Max Sumo Deadlift
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
- 20 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (M:53#/W:35#)
- 12 Jumping Lunges
- 20 American Kettlebell Swings
- 12 Kettlebell Box Step Ups (M:24″&53#/W:20″&35#)
