Over the past couple of weeks, I felt like I lost my way. I had a lot going on in my life, and for the first time I can remember in a long time, I was a little stressed out. Ever since I made the decision to retire from police work to take a job at Tesla, feelings of doubt and anxiety were floating around in my head. This affected every aspect of my life, especially my responsibilities to the gym and to all of you Goof For You CrossFit peeps.

Things are good now. I’m confident I made the right decision. I love the new job. I have a permanent schedule starting Monday (0630 – 1430). Things are looking great and I feel like my life is back on track again.
