Just wanted to let you know how much Chyna and I appreciate how understanding everyone was about the last minute Open Gym announcement for Thursday night. Chyna was able to attend the UCPD Night of Honor where I was recognized for Public Safety Officer Of The Year and for my retirement from law enforcement after 18 years. I was really glad Chyna was able to attend this special night. Thank you GFY!!!
*This is the workout for 6am, 12pm, and 6pm. The Halloween workout going down at 7pm for both Sweat Sesh and CrossFit is a surprise. FYI- COSTUME REQUIRED FOR 7PM
- 1 Snatch Balance + 3 Overhead Squats every 2 minutes for 10 minutes.
*Same weight for all 5 sets
On the minute for 16 minutes:
- Minute 1- 8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (M:24″/W:20″)
- Minute 2- 10 Power Snatches (M:95#/W:65#)
- Minute 3- Calorie Assault Bike (M:15/W:10)
- Minute 4: Rest
*Attempt each minute of work as fast as possible. Burpee Box Jumps are facing the box.
