Our Dynamic Strength & Mobility Program is starting on Monday (11/12). This program is something completely different than anything That I’ve ever done at any CrossFit gym I’ve owned over the last 12 years. DSM will run from 10am to 11am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We are going to run this program on a punchcard system. Anyone with a current monthly membership will get a discounted punchcard fee. I will post all the fees tomorrow after I get the purchase option posted in our records management system. Stay tuned!
