Our America vs Canada (aka Wendy vs Adam) competition has been a really tight race so far. Who would have thought that a husband and wife would be so competitive against each other????

First one to 15 wins the competition. Go USA! (Sorry Adam)

Speaking of Wendy….. Here are the prices for the DSM Program.

Current Month to Month Membership (CrossFit or Sweat Sesh):

  • 5 Session Punchcard- $40 (expires in 3 months)
  • 10 Session Punchcard- $65 (expires in 3 months)

Non-members:

  • 5 Session Punchcard- $60 (expires in 3 months)
  • 10 Session Punchcard- $100 (expires in 3 months)

Single drop In rate for member or non-member is $15 with no prerequisite training.

VETERANS DAY SCHEDULE

Big thanks to all you GFY vets and vets across America who served our country. Happy Veterans Day! We are cancelling all the regularly scheduled classes and here is the Veterans Day schedule:

  • 10am DSM Session
  • Open Gym 11am – 1pm
  • Open Gym 4pm – 6pm

WORKOUT   11/9/2018

STRENGTH
  • Complete 3 reps of Hang Power Clean every 90 seconds for 6 sets.

*Increase weight after 3 sets. Each rep should pass below the knee.

CONDITIONING

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • 30 Wall balls (M:20#-10’/W:14#-9′)
  • 20 Box Jumps (M:24″/W:20″)
  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans (pick weight)
  • 50m Farmer’s Carry With Dumbbells
  • Rest 90 Seconds

*One head of the dumbbell must pass below the knee during each DB Hang Squat Clean. 16 minute time cap.
