The Fishbowl Game at the Halloween Party was EPIC! Even Kai was totally into it.

We have more fun planned for you during the Holiday Party taking place the evening of December 14th at the gym. This will be a Pajama Party, and we will do a White Elephant gift exchange and play an awesome game (or two) of LCR. Mark the date on your calendar. More details to come over the next couple weeks.

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • 32 Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (pick weight)
  • 8 Left Arm Front Rack Dumbbell Stepping Lunges
  • 8 Right Arm Front Rack Dumbbell Stepping Lunges
  • 16 Burpees
  • 300m Run

*Switch every 8 reps on the DB Shoulder to Overhead. 17 minute time cap.
