  • 1 minute Max Reps Wall Balls (M:20#-10’/W:14#-9′)
  • 1 minute Max Rep Plate Ground to Overhead (M:45#/W:25#)
  • 1 minute Max Rep Burpees
  • 2 minutes Rest
