  • 5×3 Strict Press (add 5#-10# to last 5×3 load)
CONDITIONING

Complete as many rounds as possible in 17 minutes of:

  • 6 Strict Handstand Push-ups
  • 8 Kipping Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Alternating One Arm Dumbbell Snatches (pick weight)
  • 300m Run

*Sub for Strict HSPU is Strict Dumbbell Press. Sub for Kipping HSPU is Dumbbell Push Press. If you can do Kipping HSPU but can’t do Strict HSPU, do all HSPU reps in the kipping variation.
