  • 20 Wall Balls (M:20#-10’/W:14#-9′)
  • 15 Box Jumps (M:24″/W:20″)

Rest 5 minutes, then….

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

  • 200m Run
  • 60 Double Unders
  • 15 Burpees
