CONDITIONING

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 16 Plate Thrusters (M:45#/W:25#)
  • 8 Push-ups
  • 300m Run
  • 16 Plate Ground to Overhead
  • 8 Hand Release Push-ups
  • 200m Run
  • 16 Plate Overhead Lunges (8 each leg)
  • 8 Burpees
  • 100m Run
STRENGTH
Random Strength Cycle Week #2 
  • 3 reps Strict Press on the minute for 10 minutes

*Increase weight after 5 minutes
