Finally we are getting warmer weather!! We want to remind you to keep hydrated. We encourage you to bring your water bottles to the gym and fill up will with nice and cool filtered water from the gym dispenser. We also want to remind you to take your water bottles home with ya when you leave. Thanks!  FYI- All these water bottles belonged to people who were working out while I took this picture. They weren’t forgotten. Everyone is pretty good about taking their stuff home, but every now and then we all get a little WOD drunk and forget shit. =)

STRENGTH
  • Take 30 minutes to establish a 1 Rep Max Back Squat
CONDITIONING

Start a 5 minute running clock and perform the following:

  • 500m/450m Row
  • 20 Lateral Jump Burpees
  • Max Rep Thrusters (M:95#/W:65#)

*Score total thrusters. Goal is 20 or more.
