Over the years, I’ve seen so many “uncoachable” people. I’d like to tell you that they don’t last, but I’ve seen my fair share of people who are uncoachable and have done CrossFit for years. The uncoachables are easy to spot. They always do things heavier and uglier (and often longer) than anyone else. You’ll notice that the coaches don’t spend a lot of time trying to fix them or give them workout strategy suggestions, because they don’t listen.
You pay money to be coached. Honestly, everyone currently at GFY is pretty good about not being uncoachable. We appreciate it as coaches, but you are the one’s who are seeing the results. We know a thing or two. Let us coach you. Train to not suck at life.
Week #1 of Random Strength
- 4 reps of Power Snatch every 90 seconds for 6 sets
*Touch and Go Reps. Increase weight after 3 sets.
Complete 3 rounds of:
- 1 minute to Run 150m
- 1 minute Max Rep American Kettlebell Swings (M:53#/W:35#)
- 1 minute Max Rep Box Jump Overs (M:30″/W:24″)
- 1 minute Max Rep Chest to Bar Pull-ups
- 2 minutes Rest
