STRENGTH
Random Strength Cycle Week #5
  • 5×3 front Squat (pick weight)
CONDITIONING

Complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • 24 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 8 Squat Cleans (M:185#/W:125#)

*11 minute time cap

CARDIO CROSSFIT

1) On the minute for 18 minutes:

  • Minutes 1-6: 5 Toes to Bar + 10 Air Squats
  • Minutes 7-12: 5 Push-ups + 10 Mountain Climbers
  • Minutes 13-18: 5 Burpees + 10 Jumping Jacks

2) As Many rounds as possible in 18 minutes:

  • 200m Run
  • 18 American Kettlebell Swings (pick weight)
  • 12 Pull-ups
  • Rest 1:00
