When Chyna and I first started hanging out with Thomas at CrossFit of Fremont, Thomas told us he wanted to be a Strength & Conditioning coach. He was already enrolled in college and working toward a degree in Kinesiology. Thomas has a passion for coaching that I am sure you all see every time he guides you through a CrossFit session at our gym. This past fall, Thomas got the opportunity to intern as a Strength & Conditioning coach at Saint Mary’s College. This week, Thomas finishes the last of finals to graduate with his degree. On Tuesday, he was offered (and accepted) an internship with the Strength & Conditioning coach of the University of California football team. Go Bears! Go Thomas!!!
Over the last 5 years, Chyna and I have witnessed Thomas grow not only as an amazing coach, but also as an outstanding young man whom we are proud to call one of our dearest friends. Congrats Thomas. We all at GFY love you!
