  • 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press (pick weight)
  • 20 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press
  • 10 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press

CASH OUT- 25 Burpees
