YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE GREAT TO START, BUT YOU HAVE TO START TO BE GREAT
Feel a little intimidated by CrossFit’s weightlifting and use of barbells? Maybe you feel like you need to improve your cardio a bit before jumping into CrossFit. Cardio CrossFit is the program for you! High intensity interval training without barbells. Dumbbells. Kettlebells, sandbags, bodyweight movements, rowers, bikes, and ski ergs will all be regularly used in this 45 minute workout session.
What to Expect:
This is not a boot camp. It’s better! A Cardio CrossFit session starts with a quick warm-up to get the blood flowing. The coach then sets you up with a fast paced and high energy workout that can be multiple segments and usually lasts 30 minutes long. You will leave wondering how 45 minutes so thoroughly kicked your ass up and down the gym floor.
