What to Expect?
All of our CrossFit classes are coached by a certified CrossFit coach. Class starts with a general warm-up, then we move into a strength portion. Upon completion of the strength portion, your coach will brief you on the conditioning portion. Not only will your coach explain each movement to you, when needed, they will also provide scaling options for every member of the class. Come in ready to work!
