YOU WILL GET SWEATY AND YOU WILL HAVE FUN
If you are new to CrossFit, you will need to complete our Fundamentals Program before you can join the regular CrossFit group sessions. There are four different Fundamentals sessions in our program. The four unique sessions are schedule privately with a coach to accommodate your schedule when you sign up. Each session is 75 minutes long.
What to Expect
The coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use regularly at Good For You CrossFit. The coach will have the opportunity to assess your current fitness level and review your range of motion to provide you with general ways to scale your movements if necessary. Each Fundamentals session includes a workout. Afterward, the coach will also review gym protocols with those in attendance. The goal of Fundamentals is to make sure you feel comfortable attending your first CrossFit group session.
No prior CrossFit experience required. This is great for beginners who want to learn and progress.
