Dynamic Strength & Mobility
This hour long session starts with a dynamic warm-up that leads into a strength segment using resistance bands and dumbbells/kettlebells. The session finishes out with a yoga flow into a yoga stretch/cool down. There is no prerequisite training to participate in the session. Drop-ins are welcomed.
What to Expect
This class begins with cutting-edge joint mobilization drills that free up your entire body, resulting in cleaner movement and more access to your muscles. After that, you’ll finish with relaxing soft tissue work, which relieves commonly tight areas. Sometimes your body needs to restore itself after a grueling workout and this class allows it to do that.
