This Saturday, Good For You CrossFit will be well represented at the Granite Games competition in Hollister. Two teams! Catherine, Wendy, and Lina will be on a women’s 3 person team and Thomas, Jay, and Devin will be throwing down in the men’s 3 person team division. The competition starts at 8am. STRENGTH
  • 5×3 Push Jerk (add 5#-10#)
CONDITIONING

Complete the following for time:

  • 21 Push Jerks (M:115#/W:80#)
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 100m Run
  • 15 Push Jerks
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 150m Run
  • 9 Push Jerks
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 200m Run

*Sub 75 singles for double unders. Target time is 8:00. Time cap is 11:00.

CARDIO CROSSFIT

1- 3 sets of as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

  • 50m Farmers Carry
  • 10 Dumbbell Push Press
  • 10 Dumbbell Step-up (one dumbbell)
  • 100m Run

*Rest 2 minutes between sets. Pick up where you left off.
