  • 3 x [1 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks] ( add 5#-20#)
CONDITIONING

Every 4 minutes for 16 minutes:

  • M:25/W:20 Calorie Row
  • 15 Jumping Air Squats
  • 10 Hand Release Push-ups

*Each round as fast as possible. Hands behind your head on jumping air squats.
