  • 4 x 8 reps Back Squat every 3 minutes
CONDITIONING

Every 6 minutes for 18 minutes:

  • 400m/350m Row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 200m Run

*Score fastest and slowest time. Target time is 3:15 – 3:45.

CARDIO CROSSFIT

1- Complete as many rounds as possible in 22 minutes of:

  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 100m Run
  • 20 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 100m Run
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings
  • 100m Run
  • !:00 Rest

2- 6 x [1:00 Work + 1:00 Rest]

  • Odd Rounds: Max Rep . Double Unders or Single Unders
  • Even Rounds: Max Rep Burpees
