Apologies for not posting the workout last night.

Chyna and I are still in Salinas dealing with a personal family matter. I’m working off my phone. Here is the workout for Thursday:

1.) Snatch.
       12 minutes to establish a 1RM.
*** No adding weight or warming up with something other than the bar until the clock starts.
*** Everyone must have clips on for every attempt.
2.) 5 RFT –
         15 Wallballs @ 20/14
          3 Snatches @ 80% of 1RM
*** Time Cap: 12 minutes.
–> Target Time: 8 minutes.
