CONDITIONING

Complete 2 rounds for time of:

  • 50 Wall Balls (M:20#-10’/W:14#-9′)
  • 40 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 30 Dumbbell Stepping Lunges (One DB/pick weight)

*Hold the DB any way you want. Target time is 11 minutes. Time cap is 14 minutes.
