Do three cycles with 2 minutes res between cycles.

One cycle is as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

  • 3 Power Cleans (M:155#/W:105#)
  • 6 Shoulder to Overhead (M:155#/W:105#)
  • 12 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • 24 Lateral Bar Jumps
