4th of July Weekend Schedule

Thursday– Open Gym from 10am to 12pm

Friday– Open Gym 10am to 12pm  &  4pm to 6pm

Saturday– Normal Schedule

Sunday– Closed

  • 20 Overhead Squats (M:45#/W:35#)
  • 20 Back Squats (M:45#/W:35#)
  • 400m Run
