  • 2×1 Hang Power Snatch (add5#-20#)
CONDITIONING

Climb the ladder in 9 minutes:

  • 5 Wall Balls (M:20#-10’/W:14#-9′)
  • 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 5 Burpee Box Jump Overs

*Continue adding 5 wall balls until time expires. Score is total reps.
