CONDITIONING

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

  • 20 Alternating One Arm Dumbbell Power Snatch (pick weight)
  • 15 Box Jump Overs (M:24″/W:20″)
  • 100m Run

Rest 3 minutes……then:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

  • 20 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters (same weight/switch arms when you want)
  • 15 Box Jumps (M:24″/W:20″)
  • 100m Run

Rest 3 minutes….then:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step Ups (same weight/M:24″/W:20″)
  • 15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
  • 100m Run
