- 21 Push Jerks (M:115#/W:80#)
- 50 Double Unders
- 100m Run
- 15 Push Jerks
- 50 Double Unders
- 150m Run
- 9 Push Jerks
- 50 Double Unders
- 200m Run
*Sub 75 singles for double unders. Target time is 8:00. Time cap is 11:00.
CARDIO CROSSFIT
1- 3 sets of as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:
- 50m Farmers Carry
- 10 Dumbbell Push Press
- 10 Dumbbell Step-up (one dumbbell)
